A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit is based on the cost of the service.

To ensure the best possible results Charity Lee Hair Design only installs from our brand. We offer packages that include extensions with your desired install. Previously installed extensions need got be washed and completely dry prior to your appointment.

We only offer coloring services to existing clients using on natural virgin hair or extensions provided by Showroom Extensions. Shop Here

We understand life happens so we have a 10 minute grace period. Please let us know you are running late by texting our customer service line at (314)-740-3106.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours. Clients are allowed to reschedule once within 30 days of the original date. Clients must book rescheduled appointments at the time of cancellation. If no openings are available within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. No call no shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the service.
