At the time of booking your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount is determined by the cost of the service you have selected. Please note that we do not provide refunds for services that have already been rendered. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

To guarantee optimal results, Charity Lee Hair Design exclusively installs extensions from our brand's product line. We offer packages that include high-quality extensions along with the installation service. If you have previously installed extensions, please ensure they are freshly washed and completely dry prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse services within reasonable grounds. Additionally, we do not offer extension services on freshly relaxed hair to maintain the integrity of our work and your hair's health.

Our coloring services are reserved for existing clients and those who have purchased from Pure Textures Extension. We invite new clients to explore our Replenish Silk Press services before accessing our coloring offerings.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. To accommodate this, we offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you anticipate running late, please notify us by sending a text to our customer service line at (314) 740-3106. This courtesy allows us to better manage our schedule while still providing you with excellent service.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours. Clients are allowed to reschedule once within 30 days of the original date. Clients must book rescheduled appointments at the time of cancellation. If no openings are available within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. No call no shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the service.

Our salon is located at 4001 Chouteau Ave, Saint Louis, MO. You'll find us inside Salon Lofts, Suite #4. Street parking is available directly in front of our building, or you can utilize the free lot located on the corner of Sarah Street and Manchester Avenue.
